Thanks for the patch. Anxious to try it but getting stuck, appreciate any help:
Had Openshot 1.43 running fine on Ubuntu 12.04. But the show is over 60 minutes so I NEED that patch. -DL'ed per instructions in 45 and 47. -Installed patched version through terminal. (Did not uninstall first) -Ran openshot thru terminal. Error: "No LADSPA plugins were found! Check your LADSPA_PATH environment variable." -Uninstalled openshot with purge and autoremove. -Preparing to reinstall the patched version. But now looking at http://www.openshot.org/ppa/ it says "This is now the preferred way to install OpenShot for Ubuntu 9.10 and above." I don't know from PPA, MLT3, python, etc... I just want to get Openshot running again, but with the timeline patch, and preferably with the auto-updates that PPA promises. Thanks for any ideas. So if the zoom slider setting is set to 1 s, the timeline stops at 5'20'' (=320'') if it set to 2 s, it stops at 10'40'' (=640''), 4 s it stops at 21'20'' (=1280''), etc. How to reproduce: -launch OpenShot and create a new project of 60 min -with the default 8 s zoom setting you can only move the timeline up to 42'40'' (=2560 = 320*8) -try zooming in and see the timeline shorten as you zoom more 1.
