I believe this was a pre-mature report.
What I believe is that when I hit "cut" it was actually cutting the
video, and recreating it in a new file. This causes it to lag very
badly.
What I would suggest, is making it highlight the spot you selected, and
show a message like "Cutting, please wait!" until it finally cuts the
video.

Bug description:
I started making a video, and after a few cuts of a clip it wont cut
anymore...
Also it is kinda laggy when it is previewing the timeline.
