I have added in optimum (as far as I can judge) settings for Vimeo, Flickr, Picasa and YouTube.
All information is derived directly from these providers. However Vimeo is the only one of these 4 who provide comprehensive information on all settings for all their resolutions and formats. I only found the High Definition information on Flickr. Picasa gives minimal information which I had to interpolate. YouTube gives no really useful information on optimising settings - but Picasa does state that its optimums are what it sends through to YouTube - so I used those. All these settings are for files to upload to those providers. All these providers then process to a standard internal compression and format. This is why it is advisable to pick the optimum settings before conversion on the site.
