I totally removed OpenShot from this PC and re-installed it from an experimental OpenShot PPA on the LaunchPad. $ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:jonoomph/openshot-edge Ref: https://launchpad.net/~jonoomph/+archive/openshot-edge + Guide: http://techdrivein.blogspot.com/2010/01/install-openshot-video-editor-10-in.html OpenShot is stable now.
