We need to use a unique id to identify effects on a clip, instead of
using just the name of the effect. This would allow any effect to be
included multiple times on a clip.

Bug description:
The chroma-key, just as any other effect, can't be used more than once on a
same clip. This forbids multiple color keying, causing screens with color
variations, like floor and wall keying to not be keyed out correctly.
