Bug description:
This bug relates to all versions I have tried since 0.8.2 to 0.9.3
all built with ffmpeg = 3
all on Ubuntu 9.04 amd64
Ogg Theora clips (generated by vlc version 0.9.9a) are imported, but only the
first 2 seconds are imported.
When converting these same clips to dv they then import fully.
