There is now a "Fade" context menu, which does fade both the video and
audio. This context menu just toggles the "Fade" property for the clip,
instead of using an actual transition.

Bug description:
Dissolve works great for the video portion of a track, but the audio from each
track is not faded in/out. Instead the audio tracks just overlap.
A quick fix in the meantime is to have one track fade out for X seconds and the
other fade in for X seconds, but audio should really be integral to the
dissolve.
