Bug description:
This bug was reported in "metacity" for Ubuntu Lucid Lynx, but seems to only
persist for OpenShot, specifically. When a maximize action is taken (such as a
double click on the window title or clicking on the "maximize" button) the
window's appearance (such as the buttons and removal of rounded corners)
switches correctly, but the actual size and position of the window doesn't
change.
In short, The OpenShot window cannot be maximized.
