Bug description:
When a file's thumbnail is missing, the file's properties does not open.
Caused by a thrown exception.
I suggest using OpenShotFile.get_thumbnail which has exception catching and
avoids repeating thumbnail loading code. Patch attached.

Bug is peresent in OpenShot HEAD (Currently r245)
