I can sometimes recreate this as follows: 1. Load a fairly long .osp file with many complicated PNG file transitions, several audio clips, lots of tracks, etc. 2. Have a background image that is constant, and two overlapping audio soundtracks. 3. Play the video. 4. Stop the video. 5. Jump ahead in the video. 6. Play the video. 7. Use the mouse to scroll the track list up and down.
