The current blur effect has the ability to key-frame between the start and end. To start blurry, and then gradually get more clear, etc... This new blur effect, while it looks better, does not seem to support the "start" and "end" parameters, does it? If so, I guess we need to figure out what the parameters are called and test it.
I really don't want to have 2 different "blur" effects, you know? I would rather have just one, with all the appropriate parameters, etc...
