Localized preferences tabs not switching

Bug description:
When using localized openshot, "tabs" in preferences not switching by left icon.
In on_icvCategories_selection_changed categories compared by unlocalized name.
I totally remove this code, there no need to compare, left icon list is not
sorted (index in icon list match index of tab).
