Hi everyone! I just posted a blog entry looking for Windows developers to help port the MLT framework to Windows. This would be the first step in becoming a cross-platform application. However, this is a long term plan, and I expect getting MLT to be ported to Windows will take a while. Even then, we will have to make many patches to OpenShot for file paths, drag n drop support, and Windows integration, etc... And of course, packaging will be completely different. So, this is not a change in focus at all, but rather an experimental first step in getting OpenShot to work in Windows. The Linux version will always be my primary target, and hopefully we can eventually have a team of devs working on Windows support and packaging, but likely, the Windows version would be delayed, and arrive after our Linux releases.
