In fact, you can do that moving with the play head And you can see exactly with 
the preview (moving in a clip start the preview). When you are at the good 
position, use the keyboard C and your clip is cutting in two new clips. That's 
all.
My "request"  is for having a "chirugical" tool who can display the number of 
the frame in a clip and you can choose to use it for doing a cut (e.g. like 
Avidemux or TTcut)

Bug description:
It's a combination of severals small requests. Have the number of the keyframe 
(0 --> the last frame of the clip)somewhere near the zoom bar or in the icon 
timeline toolbar, possibilitie having a very precision cutting the clip with 
the razor tool. We can same imagine to have a little window displaying the 
exact informations.
