This is a difficult problem to solve.  FFmpeg does not have meta data on
this type of relationship.  So, unless we have a giant list of all
possible combinations, we can't fix this.  However, this is exactly why
I created the "Simple" export settings... which should only offer valid
combinations.  So, in a way, this is fixed already... if you can find
the format you want in the simple tab.  Thanks!

Title:
  Invalid codecs offered for a given container format

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The "advanced" tab on the export video dialog offers all codecs for every 
container format.

It should restrict the codecs offered to those which the container can legally 
hold

Eg vob files can contain mpeg1 part 2 streams or mpeg2 part2 streams but not 
other video codecs (and audio is similarly limited), however I'm still offered 
all codecs.
