The Help item in the Help menu is in English in 1.2.2 - wanted to add it

Some translated phrases doesn't show up translated when LANG var is set..

Bug description:
I have found some translated phrases (existing in the pot files) that doesn't
show up translated in the U.I. when the LANG variable is set.
The first I believe is the phrase number 2. And the other one phrase number 103.
