I think I am done with 1.3.1, other than updating the translations one final time. This version addresses some issues with Python 2.5 and Python 2.7, and a much improved* /bin/openshot* file with better error handling when something goes wrong. So, I am planning on releasing very soon, unless there are any show stopping issues.
