Video resolution cannot be arbitrary

Bug description:
I recorded a screencast (800x600 px) and processed it in OpenShot. When I
checked the export screen, there was no way to export the video to exactly
800x600 as I had intended. The nearest thing was NTSC (640x480). I would like
to have a "custom" option where you can write the height x width of a video to
export it with exactly that size.
Using latest OpenShot (1.1.2) on Ubuntu Karmic via the custom PPA.
