Olivier, Thanks for the bug report. However, I'm not sure this is a bug. The "Thumbnail" view does not have a way to show folders, so it just lists the files. I confirmed the behavior using the same steps you shared.
On a side note, I just fixed 2 different bugs related to creating animated titles, saving a project, and then re-opening your project, and the animated titles no longer working. I just pushed these changes back to the trunk.
