Hi,

I wonder what kind of API bindings are available to be used for the
OpenSimulator? Is there for example a C++ client API? Maybe a Python
client API?

What I'm contemplating on is to use OpenSim as a generic 3D persistence
server platform, and connect existing clients to it via writing client
plugins. One such example would be to create a flight simulator 3D
space, and write client plugins for the simulators to connect (for
example, using X-Plane as the flight simulator). For this, I need to
integrate the client as a plugin to these applications, which is done
using C / C++ or Python in the case of X-Plane, for example.

As I'm new to OpenSim, it might be that the above scenario is not
feasible at all :)
