Impalah, I'm very curious if you can do some testing in performance php Vs c# it might be even possible that php is more performant than c# and so more scalable. If your php sources are easy enough to be understandable it might be used for educational purposes, i.e. to teach people how opensim works.
Just brainstorming on this. If I understood correctly you are right that ROBUST system didn't change the semantics of the services, they remain the same, but since they have been heavily refactored there might be some major differences between 0.6.6 and current pre 0.7 version so probably you have to work on it.
