There have been a number of cases where Simian components have
failed to realize they're not activated. There may be another one of
those bugs.
Please try to find out under what conditions, and with what ini file
entries, this happens.
My [groups] section in Opensim.ini is in mantis 4785, it is the usual
[groups] entry from Opensim.ini for 0.6.9 which works and there did
not seem to be any differences in 0.7 RC1 Opensim.ini.example for
this section when I did the comparison.
The fact that its looking for a Simian Grid related config variable
indicates that the wrong group module is active.
