There is an [AssetService] section in Opensm.ini. Is that a legacy
and it should be removed?
I note that a few cases of file bases that do not use ./ on the front
of file names, whereas others do. It may be worth standardizing those
to include ./ at front as you come across them in config files?
AssetLoaderArgs in [AssetService] section in Robust.HG.ini has no ./
whereas DefaultLibrary in [LibraryService] section does.
AssetLoaderArgs in [AssetService] section in Opensim.ini (if it is
still required) also has no ./ on the default provided filename.
