But it does. Or will shortly. They're addressing a longstanding gripe that people can't select their names by providing a separate account name and display name. Display names can be changed/overloaded, etc.
The identifiable data is the UUID. The Agent service should then resolve that to whatever is appropriate given its local policies. A separate grid has no business doing so.
