i could not catch the discussion the first time but my opinion is that i think that there should be a map tiles server located on the grid system and not on the frontend. i think that the only person that found the solution is Phrearch and his osmaps system was very good but now included in hwios. im not able to build something but i think that maybe someone can build an universal python or C# script to generate a maptiles server on the grid side or an external standalone server to dont harrass the server with tiles computation (maybe a "maptiles" service that can be included in robust like other services to be able to run on the same machine or an external one)
