Flotsam should be working - it's in use by osgrid though we do occasionally see errors, which might be due to clients
giving erroneous information repeatedly.
I can't comment on Jor3l's version since I haven't looked at that code, but I'm sure it's good too :). I'm not
vigorously maintaining flotsam groups - doing just enough to keep it working.
