A couple of small things - unlike some open-source projects, our usual approach is to post patches to mantis and then
change them to the "patch included" state. Either it will be looked at immediately if someone is particularly
interested in it or someone will look at it later in the week (I tend to take a look at candidate patches on a Friday).
Also, the patch contained a few tabs - I converted these to spaces.

This patch shouldn't be very controversial since it's just touching a
few comment lines... but just in case, Kim should soon be subscribed
to opensim-dev.
