I note that each Opensim.exe instance maintains the estate details
for the region for grids as well as standalones, whereas the region
UUID and details themselves are held in the central (Robust) services
for grids.
Is there a reason for that? It would seem that the estates ought to
be something that spans all regions, and that regions are associated
with them, rather than being separate to a specific region
server/Opensim.exe instance?
