This one for Melanie. The addition of the service list at r/20607 and
r/20608 seems like a good idea, and will make checking for additions
or changes easier.
But I assume the commit is also needed for Robust.HG.ini.example Melanie?

If I understand the code correctly, ANY lead in string will work and
its only the parts on the right hand side of the = that are used to
make the service list? I ask as there are some additional services
added for example for Diva Wifi and I assume it would make sense for
everyone to use standardized names on the left of the =.
