In see in the Grid Manager of the new Firestorm 4.4.0 that there is a
new "Grid Info" link for "Grid Message URI".

I assume this allows for a URL to be used to serve into the message
that appears on the viewer just after an avatar logs in, which
annoyingly has been the Second Life MOTD up to now by default. I
wonder if there is a way yet in the Robust[.HG].ini file
[GridInfoService] section to set up this information to provide to a
grid manager in a viewer when a grid is added?
