We can quibble about the message (it might not be their software to
update, for example, and yes, they also have to be running a viewer
version that supports varregions), but Melanie's given a good suggestion
on how to implement what Liru suggested.

I think "your software" can be confusing. Not sure if theres a line
length limit. also is the teleport problem only region side or also
grid side ?
Otherwise i would say:
"Your sim version does not support teleporting into a varregion,
please update your opensimulator software".
Difference is that you now tell what software, or do viewers need
updateing to. (yes , a bit rusty :o )
