Well, I have downloaded and installed Microsoft .NET Framework 4
Extended to try that and it seems to fix the crash on opensim start-up I
was having. Right now I just see parcel related messages show up during
start-up such as these and I'm not sure how to go about fixing them.

0,0 because this is still occupied by parcel "Your Parcel", local ID 1
