I checked in some BulletSim changes to use the new avatar size computations
that were added in 0.9. This should fix the jittering small avatar problem
people have been seeing with BulletSim.

This change disables all the Avatar*Fudge parameters. If you need to run
avatar height the old way (you have avatars and fudge parameters that work
for you), you can set
"[BulletSim]AvatarUseBefore09SizeComputation=true".
