There are several migration files that include a database name when creating
database tables. They are:
AgentPrefs.migrations when creating the agentprefs table.
EstateStore.migrations when creating all estate tables.
IM_Store.migrations when creating the im_offline table.
The "public". part of the table names should be removed from all of these
migration files.
