Any idea what this means? "Requested method [locate_user] not found" ,
as if the HTTPHandler was not run for basic region services, or the
Dictionary lost the handle. I thought it was the new
HttpServer_OpenSim.dll and HttpServer_OpenSim.pdb, but putting them back
with original, compiled version made no difference. Then I found
another grid has been having this trouble since an update to OsGrids
release. I have seen the same message on my grid.
I've probably accidentally done something to an INI file somewhere, but
I've compared them line for line and see nothing unexpected.

It shows up in yellow WARN text on random sims on startup and then we
can't tp to any sim that has this. Firestorm will crash - the error
log says it connected to the region and then it was closed and a crash
dump occurs.
No other ERRORS or WARNS appear. There are no WARN or ERRORS in
Robust. In this case, it was triggered by a HG visitor. People can log
into some sims directly.
