I am having a similiar issue with streaming media content on my regions. The self-streaming media files work great when I access them from within my network, but when I try it from the outside the movies start playing then restart from the beginning at random intervals as if they lose the connection or the connection gets reset. The streaming music URLs work fine. I am starting to think either router or Comcast issues.
