i asked help at IRC yesterday so today i did try create megaregion but
something didn't happen
here i asked today and no one was answered my problem
[19:48] <rsdworker> i have problem - i created 4 regions - to merge in

what i missed?[19:51] <rsdworker> yesterday developer told me what do
i did place the CombineContiguousRegions=true in startup in opensim ini and
nothing happens - the regions - called test1 and test2 and test3 and test4 was
still there - what i need do to make work?
