Hello, I ran into this too, but it looks like it's a known mono bug: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg73064.html.
As the bug report suggests, it may be due to VirtualBox being installed. Uninstalling it (uninstall script comes with the VirtualBox dmg) fixed the problem for me.
