ok sorry for my bad choice of words diva... Kyle Hamilton has a point, you can't protect content completely. But adding a license to archives is a good first step in that direction.
but.. "A cooperative protocol between the client, the asset server" wouldn't that mean a complete re-write of all opensim compatible viewers? maybe adding a avatar's UUID key to each object (prim, cloth skin etc.) is an idea.... just a wild thought....
