In my test inviroments (0.7.0.1 grid and 0.7.0.2 standalone) it seems
now even to be worse. Even after restarting OS the user apears "online"
in that table ...

were checking if user is in a valid region but even this info can be

When i go online it goes uptp 11 then back to 10 when i go off.
Have i done something wrong as it all seems to be working.
