llGetLinkPrimitiveParams() is fairly well implemented I believe and from source code inspection the PRIM_DESC property
is present.
I added llGetLinkPrimitiveParams() to http://opensimulator.org/wiki/LSL_Status/Functions fwiw but the whole set of LSL
function pages is woefully out of date.
