Try contacting the grid operators for Avination. This list is for
those who need help running their own OpenSim setups, not for those who
are renting a managed OpenSim from a service provider. Its up to your
provider to provide you with support for their product.

Hi -
I don't know what to do. I was trying to edit my terrain to flatten it
out. The next thing I noticed, I was under water. Then somehow I froze
and when I tried to log back in, I was unable to. I submitted a support
ticket. I've been on SL since January 2007 and never had this type of
issue.
I hope that someone can help me.
