In this case,
viewer = 0.6.2 (LL 1.23.5)
channel = Hippo
from reading the code, it looks like the check is made against the viewer string, which is rather unfortunate if Hippo
is only placing its idetnifier in the channel (which I thought would have been wrong).
Maybe 0.6.3 does it differently.

when i disable AllowedClients and DeniedClients i can log in with no
problems...
I use hypergrid, but was under the impression this was fixed..
