I thought it best to ask the creator what she thought about this, and
Sarah is fine with her things going to other worlds as long as they are
not sold on commercial grids. All of her creations include the
Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported Creative Commons license, and to be
honest, I am not sure if that license covers those particular terms,
even after reading it. Good topic for discussion maybe?
