Try the very latest git master (commit dcb4b2d). With Nebadon's help using git bisect, I just fixed a bug introduced on 4th July which will put things in the Flotsam asset memory cache even if it's turned off. For a region with a lot of stuff, this would end up using a massive amount of memory, since the cache isn't very intelligent.

I encourage anybody else suffering odd issues or out of memory problems in the last month to try this too, or wait until the next osgrid distro comes out if you're on osgrid.

Until I added this imported object and scripted it, I never seen this before. I
first thought it was my old sculpties. I
made them back when the sculpties could be 256x256. I since reloaded them into
my editor and resaved them the new 64x64
standard and the issue persist. Once this erros starts it seems that nothing
works.

Everything at that point sends out out of memory erros to the console. I have
8gb of ram, and a terribyte drive with
staill another 876mb on it I use for opensim database and cahing alone. and
when I bring up the task manager it tells me
I have only used 3.40 out of 8.

Any ideas anyone?
