Hi all In Craft-World we have done a big hardware and software upgrade, and we have upgraded from r15366 to r16506. All working well, but it seems the new HG features (IM between grids in particular) have broken internal offline message system. When I send a message to an offline user I have this in chat:
[04:24] System (busy response): Unable to send instant message. User is not logged in. and this in the console of the sim where i am writing the message: 13:25:45 - [HG IM SERVICE]: User is not present. Checking location with User Agent service 13:25:45 - [HG IM SERVICE]: Unable to locate user a4195b9e-dba0-4df4-bf08-286a4c242caf 13:25:45 - [HG IM SERVICE]: User is not present. Checking location with User Agent service 13:25:45 - [HG IM SERVICE]: Unable to locate user a4195b9e-dba0-4df4-bf08-286a4c242caf I have been surfing the mailing list back since may, but i have not seen other people having this issue... neither i found helpful information on the mantis (I think I have not been searching well,it is very strange that no other people have had this problem) Someone who knows something about this?
