You should be able to call llRequestURL() and have it generate a http_request event with Method == URL_REQUEST_GRANTED or URL_REQUEST_DENIED. Then you should be able to send requests to the address returned in the body where the method is URL_REQUEST_GRANTED.
there is no internal "DNS" type mechanism for this, and the addresses are volatile and susceptible to change.
