I've not the answer, but I think you have several ways to find it
1) A global search from all the source files of OpenSim (C# Express
Ctrl-Shift-F) for Database table like auth, and fields like passwordHash or
passwordSalt
2) Starting from the Console Commands like create user, load iar or save
iar, search the Command.AddCommand and follow the Handlexxxxxxx (the last
parameter)
3) Using the source code of the Diva Distro, start from useraccountform.html
or other; she has a widely used web pages to play with user accounts ...
