1. Edit your OpenSim.ini
2. Make sure that AllowOSFunctions = true
3. Add the line Allow_osSetPenColor = true

Someone came to me with an odd error:
StreamInfoScreen: Runtime error:
(0): OSSL Runtime Error: osSetPenColor permission denied. All OS
functions
are disabled.
How do I enable this?
