I am not a fan of FreeBSD but unfortunately I don't have the option to change the operating system of this server. Otherwise, I would have made a full reinstall with some decent Linux distro longtime ago.
I'll add information to the wiki, so maybe one of the other 5 FreeBSD OpenSim users in the world could benefit from this hard work.
